While this warranty specifically excludes accidental damage (acid, tears on nails, etc.), intentional abuse, and normal wear; there are no other exclusions. All warranty repairs must be substantiated as actual defects in material or workmanship upon examination by Morning Pride by Honeywell, or their qualified representatives, before any free repair or replacement can be authorized. All Morning Pride by Honeywell helmets are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the useful life of the product. All helmets should be frequently inspected and properly maintained in order to provide designed levels of NFPA protection. The user must replace any worn or damaged parts or components before use in order for the helmet to provide designed protection levels.

Morning Pride by Honeywell helmet shells are guaranteed to remain service-worthy for a period of 5 years when used for normal firefighting and related operations. The shell guarantee does not cover intentional or unintentional abuse, or acts of God.

Aftermarket accessories do not void warranty or guarantee unless product or installation of such product detracts from the NFPA design or performance of the helmet. END USER IS STRONGLY CAUTIONED not to install any accessory piercing the shell.
